Each underwriter has their own Inbox with all their New Business, Endorsements, and Cancellations Submitted for Approval separated out and in date order.
Therefore, calling the underwriter, emailing the underwriter, and/or calling customer service to have them ask the underwriter to advise that an application has been submitted is not necessary.
Underwriting must process each application in the order received. All applications will be reviewed within 24-48 hours, so be sure to check back in your Inbox to make sure the Underwriter has not sent it back to you for additional information as that starts the approval process again.
