CSE will provide you with an estimate as a basis for our adjustment of this claim. It is the insured’s right and responsibility to choose and work with a contractor for repair or replacement services.
If your contractor’s estimate is more than the insurance estimate used in the settlement of your claim, please note that no additional damage or costs will be considered for payment unless we have been informed of the additional damage or cost and we are provided with an opportunity to inspect the additional damage prior to the repairs being completed.
