In IVANS, every agency has a Y-Account Code in the form of a 4-5 letter code (ex. "YABC" or "YABCD"). Please provide this code to CSE if you ever need assistance related to IVANS. We may also need your Mailbox, which has 7 letters and numbers (ex. "YA12BCD") and your 110 Machine Address, which is often your mailbox code with IBM and a 2-digit number at the end (ex. "IBMYA12BCD00").
Please make sure your agency information is correct in IVANS, particularly the management system. IVANS will translate files into your respective management systems, so if there is a mismatch, then the downloads may not process correctly.
It is possible that you do not have an IVANS user ID or Y-Account, in which case we can assign one to you.
