CSE only sends a download for the final cancel, not a pending cancellation. There is no download for a cancellation notice, although it will be included in the daily transaction report.
CSE does not send downloads for Reinstatement. In order to receive a policy download, we will need to add a non-money endorsement to the policy in order to send it.
If you are missing a policy transaction that was made within the last two business days, it is possible that the daily downloads have just been delayed. You can check your IVANS mailbox in case the downloads were sent after your daily pickup time. Otherwise, you can contact CSE Agency Technology for an IVANS Re-send.
