At CSE, we send downloads in a format called AL3. Each agency management system may implement this data format differently, so your AMS vendor will be a great resource for questions about your downloads. We send policy downloads for Home, Dwelling/Fire, Safeguard Select, Auto, Boatowners, and Umbrella. We do not send policy downloads for Commercial.
