Daily transactions are sent by CSE to IVANS the day after the transaction posted date. CSE may sometimes send to your IVANS mailbox after your system pickup time, in which case it might appear as if you are missing updates. CSE’s Agency Technology department will be able to confirm if we missed our normal delivery window. If that is the case, you can wait until your next scheduled download, or start a manual session in your Transfer Manager to pick up immediately.
